Working with a super app to improve the experience of the dashboard to be able to show all the offer, without representing a cognitive load that exceeds the user.

This project were developed as part of my work for Multiplica with Sam Santoyo (HD), Ana Miraceti (PD) and Emilio Suárez (UXR).

The Challenge

We worked with UX Researchers and found 3 main users for the super app (Personal users, Head of household, Entrepreneurs) and we want to attend everyone and every interest without falling into hyper-personalization.

How might we make sure that the user is expose to the right functionalities at the right moment?

How might we catalogue everything and still makes sense?

we need to add value and with that in mind what is that promise?

How does it works?

Setting the context helps us control and boost the expectations accurately, while giving the user power to go even further, by enriching the experience through pre-defined circumstances.

It’s more about making sense and tons less around replicating experiences and functionalities.
